Humla Kailash Trekking is best trekking destination. Trekking via Humla to Mt. Kailash or Mansarovar was officially opened for trekkers in 1993. On arrival meet our TH staff for courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world class restaurants, pubs and bakery. Morning after breakfast at given time our city and cultural guide will guide you in and around Kathmandu at places of interest and importance, as Kathmandu Valley is full of World Heritage Sites the holy Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath (Little Tibet), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) & monasteries, ancient Kings Palaces and courtyard in Kathmandu; after an interesting sightseeing back to the hotel and transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for 55 minutes scenic flight to Nepal’s South West region at Nepalgunj close to the border of India, where the temperature are warm of sub-tropical climate on reaching at Nepalgunj transfer to respective hotels for overnight stop.
From the hotel transfer to Nepalgunj airport for the morning flight to Simikot, which takes about 40 minutes, with mountain panorama along this scenic flight, on reaching at Simikot which is the headquarter town of Humla district, offering stunning views of Mt Api and Saipal peaks.
Simikot a moderate size town located on a ridge high above Humla Karnali River with fabulous scenery over the deep valley.Here at Simikot our field and trekking crews will meet for a half day walk to the first overnight camp at Dharapuri village, walk begins after leaving Simikot town, leading a short climb through farm fields of barley then on a forested ridge descending and passing several villages to Dharapuri for first overnight camping.Dharpori a small farm village, this far west region inhabited mostly by Thakuri Hindu people, this tribe been trading with Tibet for hundreds of years using the same trail that we will be following the route near to Tibet border after 5-6 days walk.
Morning After a nice stay at Dharapuri village, journey continues leading to a gradual climb, and across a slope terrain to a stream reaching the last village of Thakuri peoples and the end of rice fields and paddies, as rice are grown only below 2,000 meters or little above depending upon the climatic conditions and water irrigation facilities, walking on ups and down trail to a Sheppard’s grazing area and Sally – Khola ( stream) near a beautiful waterfall, where our overnight camping is set, just a mere distance from Kermi village, place with hot springs nearby a walk uphill for an hour.
Morning starts with an uphill walk through a Yangar village near a river here the path is paved and built with rocks and woods and then reaching a suspension bridge to cross over Humla Karnali River and with a climb to a stream past apricot garden area and finally reaching Muchu village our overnight camp, this small village with an old monastery and a border Police Post.
After a nice stay at Muchu, our journey leads to a descend towards Thumkot village, after a break then climbing away from the river leaving the Humla-Karnali River behind and walking into a steep-sided narrow gorge.
From here a long hour trek leading slowly to a climb from Bumchiya Khola valley gorge to reach at Torea for overnight camp, with afternoon free at leisure to catch up with the dairy and short walk around.
The altitude gains higher as our journey progress and the morning walk continues with a climb on a small ridge at 3,500 meters, and then countering the top ridge offering a grand vista of Yari valley area and of distance high snow capped peaks, from here walk leads by an irrigation canal to a large wide valley of Jhyakthang chu this place marked with Buddhist prayer walls.
From here a gradual climb towards a moderate size village of Yari, built with stone, this village with another police post, government custom office and a school around this nice Yari village, the farmlands with terraces yielding sufficient crops growing millets, barley, amaranth (Marcia) wheat, buckwheat’s, potatoes and radishes. After a nice stop here walk continues with a climb on this wide valley, then encountering group of traders, pilgrims and pack animals-goats, sheep’s and yaks, then reaching to Sip-Sip a small settlement of cattle herders with few shops, our camp is set near a stream at the bottom of Nara Lagna pass.
From this camp starting the morning walk with a climb leading to an uphill to a ridge with huge rock atop at Nara Lagna pass at 5,000 m / 15,030ft, the highest spot of this great wonderful journey, from the top offering grand panorama of Tibetan plateau with Humla Karnali River down below and the green barley fields of Sher or Sera and distance views of snow capped peaks of Api and Saiphal, after a pleasant stop atop the pass walk leads downhill on the dusty trail to Humla Karnali River.Then walking along the river towards our overnight stop at Hilsa village, border and a frontier post with few tents and stone houses surrounded with barley fields, just across the bridge near this village there is a stone pillar marking Nepal-Tibet border.
Morning a short steep an hour climb to Sher in Tibet, after leaving Nepal side to Tibet Frontier with check post, where our Tibetan counterpart guides and driver will receive for an interesting drive to Taklakot also known as Purang in Tibetan.
Taklakot an important major market for Tibetans, Nepali and bordering Indian traders with separate bazaar areas, during summer months, there is still an important wool trade between the local, nomadic Drogpa herdsmen and Nepali traders, overnight in guest houses.
After being in Tibetan side with different environment with people, towns and the way of living, from Taklakot, a scenic and short drive to Lake Manasarover after leaving Karnali River valley; as the drive continues with gaining heights then reaching on the flat area to cross the barren arid, just beneath the magnificent massive Mt. Gurla Mandhata at 7,728 meters, from here it leads to Thalladong pass at 5,050 meters, with stunning views of lake Rakas and holy Mt. Kailash towards north, after the pass reaching at Chu Gompa near the shore of holy Lake Manasarover for overnight stop in lodge and guest house or camp (depending upon the season for Indian and Tibetan pilgrims)
A necessary rest day here at Lake Manasarover which is very important on this high altitude of over 4,000 meters for acclimatization, with optional short hike to the Chu Gompa, or near the lake Manasarover which is regarded as sacred by both Hindu and Buddhists, and the ancient belief is that a dip in this holy lake will clean the sins of a thousand life times, this large holy turquoise lake located in South West Tibet between Mt. Kailash 6,714 m and Mt. Gurla Mandhata mountain range.
After a rest day, morning starts with a short drive on the Barkha windswept valley to near Darchen town, which is a busy place with bazaar, during auspicious time this place is flooded with Tibetan and Indian pilgrims for kora, parikrama or holy circuit walks.
Our journey continues further from Darchen town to Tarboche, one of the holy spot of this region with views of West Face of Mt. Kailash, from here our holy walk begins leading north on the wide arid terrain to Shershong, and with gradual climb and pleasant walk reaches to our overnight stop at Dhiraphuk Gompa, with magnificent view of holy Mt. Kailash North Face. Here depending upon the season with pilgrim’s crowd either in guest houses or tents with our camping.
From Dhiraphuk with the highest camping of this trip, morning walk continues on the uphill trail onto moraine for more than two hours, then with a steep climb at Dromo-la at 5,630m /18,525ft the highest point of this awesome journey, here a big boulder represents the goddess Dolma or Dromo (Tara) festooned with thousands of prayer flags and ritual offering by both Hindu’s and Buddhist pilgrims.This holy spot as well a physical and spiritual high point for the pilgrimage or kora, after a nice break here walk leads to descend towards a wide valley a flat area, on reaching the bottom of Dromo -la pass then the walk is pleasant reaching at Zutul-Puk Gompa for overnight stop.Zuthul means cave in Tibetan, this place is named after a holy cave in which poet, and saint Milareppa meditate in the early 11th century, his footprints can be seen on the cave roof top.
Today the last day of this holy circuit and kora, morning walk leads to a nice gradual walk for few hours on the winding trail, reaching at a narrow valley Gorge, from here our walking route turns west towards Darchen, just an before Darchen ending this holy trek for a drive towards near Mayum-la pass base for overnight camping, around this area chances of spotting some wild life and the beautiful Kang a wild ass can be seen herds around this place.
Morning drive over the high Mayum-la pass at 5,050 meters, then reaching the other side of the valley with interesting drive and parallel snow capped mountains views that borders Nepal and Tibet, this long scenic drive reaches at Saga town for overnight stop, probably in the comfort of nice guesthouses and hotels after passing couple of towns like Paryang, Saga town a growing place with more building construction, this town which is situated on the bank of great river Yamdrok Tsho or Bhramaputra River.
From Saga onwards gets closer to Nepal border as the drive leads just on the other side of the snow-capped mountains in Tibet that straddles the border with Nepal, an interesting drive today with panorama of snow-clad mountains on the vast valley overlooking great views of Langtang mountains with Mt. Shishapangma.The drive leads towards high pass of Laylung-la at 5,050 meters with awesome panorama of high central Himalayan range of mountains from Langtang, Dorji Lakpa, Shishapangma, Gaurishanker to Numbur, all these mountains borders with Nepal, from here the drive descends along with the altitude passing through interesting countryside, villages and farm fields then finally reaching at a moderate size town at Nyalam for the last overnight stop in Tibet.Nylam is the starting and ending point of large Tibetan Plateau from here onwards to Nepal border getting back to lush vegetation and pristine dense forests of rhododendron, oaks and pines tree lines.
Today the last day in Tibet, our morning drive leads on the downhill on the winding road coming across green vegetation and dense forest of pines -rhododendron and oak tree lines, the road narrows into a river gorge looking at several beautiful waterfalls cascading form high steep rocky cliff shelves, drive follows Bhoti Koshi River most of the way towards Nepal side, then reaching at Zhangmu the frontier and border town here on completing passport- visa formalities, farewell to Tibetan staff driver and guide then heading back to Kathmandu with a nice and pleasant scenic drive to Kathmandu after a great drive reaching at Kathmandu and then transfer back to respective hotels, after a long fascinating trip to Far North West of Nepal and Tibet.

Along with the completed form, you are required to e-mail your passport copy and flight Ticket with all detail to us in Kathmandu office at Team Himalaya (info@teamhimalaya.com) .
On receiving your passport copy and detail with completed booking form Plus your non-refundable deposit, then we will proceed and send you a final affirmation receipt with acknowledgment.
All deposit required for selected and chosen trip as per person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding direct deposit procedure and details.
As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charge of respective banks might apply and it should be paid at the time of deposit.
We will e-mail you the details on making payments through your credit card once you have filled up the Booking form.
We accept Visa or MasterCard only with 4% surcharge will be added as processing fee on credit card and wire Transfer as service charged by the Banks.
The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follow:
The remaining due and balance for all Nepal Trips should be paid and cleared upon arrival.
The remaining balance for other Himalayan countries like Bhutan, Tibet and all multi-country tours needs to be cleared within 35 days prior to your trip departure dates.
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd reserves the right to cancel your trip if the full amount is not paid on time.
In certain circumstances we will accept your last hour booking minimum a week prior to tour departure date for all the trips, in this case full payment is required.

03: Refund & Cancellation:
No refund will be made by the company for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any what so or other reasons.
After having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulation.
Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:-
60 days or more deposit retained
45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%
04: Extra Supplement Charge:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. It also applies to clients who need single supplement in tents / rooms in hotel or lodge.
05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:
No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
06: Amendment in Trip Cost:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserve the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.
07: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable worse climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you for alternative trip of similar types and standard.
Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your like and interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.
Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
08: Travel / Medical Insurance:
We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as compulsion in all our tour and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly person:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

Our entire tour / trekking guide representing Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions deserve all authority during tours and trekking / rafting or on climb .
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

From this camp starting the morning walk with a climb leading to an uphill to a ridge with huge rock atop at Nara Lagna pass at 5,000 m / 15,030ft, the highest spot of this great wonderful journey, from the top offering grand panorama of Tibetan plateau with Humla Karnali River down below and the green barley fields of Sher or Sera and distance views of snow capped peaks of Api and Saiphal, after a pleasant stop atop the pass walk leads downhill on the dusty trail to Humla Karnali River.Then walking along the river towards our overnight stop at Hilsa village, border and a frontier post with few tents and stone houses surrounded with barley fields, just across the bridge near this village there is a stone pillar marking Nepal-Tibet border.
Morning a short steep an hour climb to Sher in Tibet, after leaving Nepal side to Tibet Frontier with check post, where our Tibetan counterpart guides and driver will receive for an interesting drive to Taklakot also known as Purang in Tibetan.
Taklakot an important major market for Tibetans, Nepali and bordering Indian traders with separate bazaar areas, during summer months, there is still an important wool trade between the local, nomadic Drogpa herdsmen and Nepali traders, overnight in guest houses.
After being in Tibetan side with different environment with people, towns and the way of living, from Taklakot, a scenic and short drive to Lake Manasarover after leaving Karnali River valley; as the drive continues with gaining heights then reaching on the flat area to cross the barren arid, just beneath the magnificent massive Mt. Gurla Mandhata at 7,728 meters, from here it leads to Thalladong pass at 5,050 meters, with stunning views of lake Rakas and holy Mt. Kailash towards north, after the pass reaching at Chu Gompa near the shore of holy Lake Manasarover for overnight stop in lodge and guest house or camp (depending upon the season for Indian and Tibetan pilgrims)
A necessary rest day here at Lake Manasarover which is very important on this high altitude of over 4,000 meters for acclimatization, with optional short hike to the Chu Gompa, or near the lake Manasarover which is regarded as sacred by both Hindu and Buddhists, and the ancient belief is that a dip in this holy lake will clean the sins of a thousand life times, this large holy turquoise lake located in South West Tibet between Mt. Kailash 6,714 m and Mt. Gurla Mandhata mountain range.
After a rest day, morning starts with a short drive on the Barkha windswept valley to near Darchen town, which is a busy place with bazaar, during auspicious time this place is flooded with Tibetan and Indian pilgrims for kora, parikrama or holy circuit walks.
Our journey continues further from Darchen town to Tarboche, one of the holy spot of this region with views of West Face of Mt. Kailash, from here our holy walk begins leading north on the wide arid terrain to Shershong, and with gradual climb and pleasant walk reaches to our overnight stop at Dhiraphuk Gompa, with magnificent view of holy Mt. Kailash North Face. Here depending upon the season with pilgrim’s crowd either in guest houses or tents with our camping.
From Dhiraphuk with the highest camping of this trip, morning walk continues on the uphill trail onto moraine for more than two hours, then with a steep climb at Dromo-la at 5,630m /18,525ft the highest point of this awesome journey, here a big boulder represents the goddess Dolma or Dromo (Tara) festooned with thousands of prayer flags and ritual offering by both Hindu’s and Buddhist pilgrims.This holy spot as well a physical and spiritual high point for the pilgrimage or kora, after a nice break here walk leads to descend towards a wide valley a flat area, on reaching the bottom of Dromo -la pass then the walk is pleasant reaching at Zutul-Puk Gompa for overnight stop.Zuthul means cave in Tibetan, this place is named after a holy cave in which poet, and saint Milareppa meditate in the early 11th century, his footprints can be seen on the cave roof top.
Today the last day of this holy circuit and kora, morning walk leads to a nice gradual walk for few hours on the winding trail, reaching at a narrow valley Gorge, from here our walking route turns west towards Darchen, just an before Darchen ending this holy trek for a drive towards near Mayum-la pass base for overnight camping, around this area chances of spotting some wild life and the beautiful Kang a wild ass can be seen herds around this place.
Morning drive over the high Mayum-la pass at 5,050 meters, then reaching the other side of the valley with interesting drive and parallel snow capped mountains views that borders Nepal and Tibet, this long scenic drive reaches at Saga town for overnight stop, probably in the comfort of nice guesthouses and hotels after passing couple of towns like Paryang, Saga town a growing place with more building construction, this town which is situated on the bank of great river Yamdrok Tsho or Bhramaputra River.
From Saga onwards gets closer to Nepal border as the drive leads just on the other side of the snow-capped mountains in Tibet that straddles the border with Nepal, an interesting drive today with panorama of snow-clad mountains on the vast valley overlooking great views of Langtang mountains with Mt. Shishapangma.The drive leads towards high pass of Laylung-la at 5,050 meters with awesome panorama of high central Himalayan range of mountains from Langtang, Dorji Lakpa, Shishapangma, Gaurishanker to Numbur, all these mountains borders with Nepal, from here the drive descends along with the altitude passing through interesting countryside, villages and farm fields then finally reaching at a moderate size town at Nyalam for the last overnight stop in Tibet.Nylam is the starting and ending point of large Tibetan Plateau from here onwards to Nepal border getting back to lush vegetation and pristine dense forests of rhododendron, oaks and pines tree lines.
Today the last day in Tibet, our morning drive leads on the downhill on the winding road coming across green vegetation and dense forest of pines -rhododendron and oak tree lines, the road narrows into a river gorge looking at several beautiful waterfalls cascading form high steep rocky cliff shelves, drive follows Bhoti Koshi River most of the way towards Nepal side, then reaching at Zhangmu the frontier and border town here on completing passport- visa formalities, farewell to Tibetan staff driver and guide then heading back to Kathmandu with a nice and pleasant scenic drive to Kathmandu after a great drive reaching at Kathmandu and then transfer back to respective hotels, after a long fascinating trip to Far North West of Nepal and Tibet.

On receiving your passport copy and detail with completed booking form Plus your non-refundable deposit, then we will proceed and send you a final affirmation receipt with acknowledgment.
All deposit required for selected and chosen trip as per person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding direct deposit procedure and details.
As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charge of respective banks might apply and it should be paid at the time of deposit.

The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follow:

03: Refund & Cancellation:
No refund will be made by the company for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any what so or other reasons.
After having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulation.
Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:-

45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%
04: Extra Supplement Charge:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. It also applies to clients who need single supplement in tents / rooms in hotel or lodge.
05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:
No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
06: Amendment in Trip Cost:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserve the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.
07: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable worse climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you for alternative trip of similar types and standard.
Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your like and interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.
Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
08: Travel / Medical Insurance:
We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as compulsion in all our tour and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly person:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
