Bhutan Jumolhari Trek is trekking to an untouched area of Bhutan where one can experience solitude and wilderness along with breathtaking mountain peaks including Jumolhari, Bhutan’s Mountain Goddess. Passing through lush rhododendron and pines, picturesque traditional villages and hospitable peoples, terraced fields of rice, wheat and barley will be a striking experience. We begin our Bhutan Jumolhari Trek from Paro. Then, we start our real hiking through beautiful traditional villages visiting hospitable people in the locality. At the ending section of this Bhutan Jumolhari trek, we have plenty of time to explore the serene capital city of Thimpu with no traffic light. Here, our optimum utilization of time in exploring traditional culture and civilization, art and architecture, friendly and patient people and also interested can do shopping of some souvenirs. We end this trip again at Paro.
On arrival meet our TH staff for courtesy transfer to respective hotels in the heart of Kathmandu at Thamel area, an interesting place for shopping and having meals in one of the many world class restaurants, pubs and bakery.

Morning after breakfast at given time our city and cultural guide will guide you in and around Kathmandu at places of interest and importance, as Kathmandu Valley is full of World Heritage Sites the holy Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath (Little Tibet), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) & monasteries, ancient Kings Palaces and courtyard in Kathmandu; after an interesting sightseeing back to the hotel, preparation for the trip to Bhutan Tour & Jumolhari Trek.
As per the flight time for Paro, Bhutan, Team Himalaya staff will transfer you to Kathmandu international airport for a nice and scenic flight to Paro on reaching at Paro airport after immigration and visa formalities our Bhutan guide will meet and receives you in a Bhutanese traditional way and for the drive to respective hotels in Paro, with afternoon free at leisure.
Soon after breakfast our Bhutan guide will receive you at the hotel, for a nice and pleasant walk with an hour or less climb up on slow easy pace to a famous Taksang Monastery (Tiger’s nest). Offering amazing views of Paro and distance snow capped peaks, after a wonderful time here descend by the same route, afternoon visit of 17th centaury Ta-Dzong, later converted into the National Museum in 1967.
In Paro one of the major towns of Bhutan with full of historical and cultural and heritage sites, our guide will take you on a full day tour of Paro visiting ruined fort built to commemorate the victory over Tibetan invaders in the 17th century. After an interesting of Druk Gyaldzong, late afternoon tour of National Museum which displays rich collections of fine arts weapons.
After breakfast, drive up to Drugyel dzong where the road ends and the trek begins by following the Pa Chu River gently uphill through a narrowing valley. Camp is just beyond an Army Post.
Continue uphill through the river valley, it narrows and closes in and the trial winds up and down along the waterway. Camp is in a meadow with a stone shelter built for trekkers.
On up the Pa Chu River passing a small army post, where the valley opens and widens again, with beautiful view of the high ridges and then the snow-capped peaks located all around. From here on begin to see Yaks and the yak herders’ camp.
Trek up to Tsophu or there are stupendous day-hikes in three directions. Jhumolhari and its subsidiary are directly west, Jichu Drake to the north, unclimbed summits and ridges to the east.
Morning walk on the wide yak pastures all the way up and then down the pass, possibly see some people in their Yak Hair Tents depending on the time of the year you are there, stunning view of Lingshi dzong as you come down into the Lingshi basin if the weather is clear. Tserim Gang and its descending glaciers at the north end of the valley.
Overnight camp in a stone shelter built for trekkers, it has an inside fire pit and you can sleep on a wooden floor or in tents.
A Day excursion to Tshokha (lake) i.e., base camp for Jichu Drake. During the excursion it is possible to see hundreds of Blue Sheep and Musk Deer.
The trail ascends up to the Yalila Pass (4820 m.) from the Mount Jhumolhari. On a clear day, Tserim Kang and Masagang can be seen. Camp is in a stone shelter.
Follow the Thimphu Chu River through the thick forest of Rhododendrons and water falls. It narrows and closes in and the trail winds up and down along the waterway. Ascending up to the ruins of Barshong dzong, camp is just below the ruined dzong with a stone shelter.
Morning walk leads to a long descend to meet Thimphu River following gradually through the forest of rhododendrons and ascending up to the pastureland for overnight camp in a meadow.
Our journey continues with an uphill to a small pass and then the trail winds up and down along the waterway. Wild animals, such as the Languor, can be seen. At Dodina, meet the transportation vehicle for the drive to Thimpu and a in a nice comfortable hotel.
At Thimphu with full day sightseeing and shopping, wander in the town, visit the Handicraft Development Center, afternoon time visit of Memorial Chorten, Zilukha Nunnery.
Depending upon the flight time to Kathmandu or other respective destination route, our Bhutan guide will transfer you to Paro airport for the flight back to respective destination to connect with your other international flight to Delhi onwards or back to Kathmandu, on reaching Kathmandu airport Team Himalaya staff will meet for a transfer back to respective hotels.
Last day in Nepal with wonderful memorable time in the Himalaya of Bhutan and Nepal with Team Himalaya and transfer to airport for the flight back home or to respective destination.

On receiving your passport copy and detail with completed booking form Plus your non-refundable deposit, then we will proceed and send you a final affirmation receipt with acknowledgment.
All deposit required for selected and chosen trip as per person basis, we will inform you by e-mail regarding direct deposit procedure and details.
As per the booking and Trip money transfer, service charge of respective banks might apply and it should be paid at the time of deposit.
We will e-mail you the details on making payments through your credit card once you have filled up the Booking form.
We accept Visa or MasterCard only with 4% surcharge will be added as processing fee on credit card and wire Transfer as service charged by the Banks.
The Condition for clearing the remaining balance as per the trip booked is as follow:
The remaining due and balance for all Nepal Trips should be paid and cleared upon arrival.
The remaining balance for other Himalayan countries like Bhutan, Tibet and all multi-country tours needs to be cleared within 35 days prior to your trip departure dates.

In certain circumstances we will accept your last hour booking minimum a week prior to tour departure date for all the trips, in this case full payment is required.

03: Refund & Cancellation:
No refund will be made by the company for 20% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any what so or other reasons.
After having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip by informing us earliest as possible to make the charge reasonable as per the company rules and regulation.
Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:-
60 days or more deposit retained
45 – 50 days before departure 50%
30 – 40 days before departure 75%
20 days before departure 100%
04: Extra Supplement Charge:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. It also applies to clients who need single supplement in tents / rooms in hotel or lodge.
05: Early return from any Tours or Treks:
No refund will be entertained to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from any other trips regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
06: Amendment in Trip Cost:
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. reserve the right to revise or change the trip costing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflation, however assuring that we will put our effort as much possible to keep the present cost rate as it is.
07: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the company have to cancel the respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable worse climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you for alternative trip of similar types and standard.
Even if this doesn’t suit and fit your like and interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded with some administration and trip arrangement charge of 15 to 20 % depending upon the trip chosen.
Please note, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
08: Travel / Medical Insurance:
We strongly suggest and recommend all booking Clients to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance as compulsion in all our tour and trekking and climbing trips. It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly person:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

It should include adequate protection for tour / trekking / climbing / rafting or any other adventure sports with duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, and repatriation or emergency evacuation expenses by any means of transportation such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.
09: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
Children and Elderly person:
An authorized guardian by the parents must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen.
Person of more than 70 years of age, although in good health still needs a partner, family member or friends to accompany he / she.

10: Nepal / Tibet Visas & Passport Conditions:
It is important that all clients should have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date of travel.
Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients. All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions for visa applications to travel in Tibet, we require this information at least three weeks prior to departure.
11: Risk and Liabilities:
Team Himalaya main concern is your safety and satisfaction including our staff welfare, therefore we carry out all our assignment sincerely & honestly to ensure your holiday a Hassel Free without any problems.
Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be changed under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
Possibility of domestic flight delay or postponement due to bad weather in Himalayan regions which happens sometimes, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humde, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during off season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence.
In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to borne accommodation and food costs yourself.

Our entire tour / trekking guide representing Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions deserve all authority during tours and trekking / rafting or on climb .
Team Himalaya Treks & Expeditions will ensure to make every effort comfortable and satisfactory in all our trips, but one must understand that Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries like Nepal cannot afford much of Western and highly timed facilities sometimes depending upon the area of travel, however we will try our best to make your travel enjoyable with memorable time while with us.
Weather is another factor that directly impact on some trips, hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. Our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary papers and documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
