Nepal has carved a niche for itself amongst the world’s adrenaline junkies for its breathtaking and heart-pounding bungee experience. While the sport of bungee is not exclusive to just Nepal, the ultimate thrill of plunging off a suspension bridge over the river canyon can now be experienced in Tato Pani, Nepal Tibet border. The exhilarating jump takes place from a 166m wide amazing steel suspension bridge that connects two sides of deep valley over the ferocious BhoteKoshi River. The bungee activity was designed by one of New Zealand’s top bungee consultants and is undertaken by some of the most seasoned jump masters in business. If the thrill of plunging towards the roaring BhoteKoshi isn’t enough for you, the region also offers world’s highest canyon bungee swing from the same spot. To add more to that, the place boasts of spectacular scenery with dense jungles covering the top of the cliff.
In similar manner, bungee sport is now also offered in Hemja, Pokhara. It is the country’s first and only tower bungee, high ground bungee and swing, which offers various choices of bungee jumping. The location also offers amazing sites of the surrounding Himalayans, the hills, and rivers. It is located just 20 minutes away from Pokhara’s lakeside.
