Introduction: Team Himalaya offers Multi Adventure Sports to take part in our adventure sports can be done before and after major treks and tour with us as an extension trip from our varied program.

Team Himalaya exciting adventure sports with vast range of outdoor activities and excitement from Sky Diving, Para Gliding, Bungy Jumping, world’s highest marathon run, Cannoning, Ultra light flight to awesome Zip Flyer.

All Adventure Sports activities are for an hour a day activities.

Ultra Light Aircraft:

Amazing scenic ride on Ultra light aircraft, taking off from popular picturesque Pokhara city airport, with spectacular scenery of all beautiful pristine lakes in Pokhara, snow capped mountains from Dhaulagiri, Annapurna to Manaslu range of mountains including the majestic peak Machhapuchhre “ Fish Tail” in close distance and pretty villages.

This is truly an ideal and best way to see life from a new perspective angle; the Ultra Light aircraft flights take place from sunrise to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to sunset every day during seasonal months except mid June to August and truly depending upon whether conditions.

Bungy Jump: An Ultimate Bungy listed as Asia’s highest Jump at The Last Resort in Nepal, may be the most spectacular Bungy Jump on this Planet. This remarkable 160 meters or 500 ft drop into the tip surface of Bhoti Kosi River and its gorge located on Nepal / Tibet border and as well the longest Free-fall in the world.

Para Gliding:

Para Gliding the most popular area for this glide, being the popular tourist spot at Pokhara, the main paragliding area from Sarankot hill top which is about 40 minutes drive from Pokhara city valley, commanding views of 3 of the worlds 8000m peaks with friendly and constant conditions for your paragliding holiday.

Kayaking and clinic: Nepal offers another challenge in water sports kayaking on the torrent raging glacial rivers for the experts in Kayaking and water sports. For people who want to know about Kayaking in Kathmandu or at Pokhara there are several Rafting Companies offering a day to a week course for interested people.

Cannoning: Nepal offers another water sports Cannoning, abseiling from the torrent waterfalls which is gaining popularity among the adventurous people this adventure can be done in a few hours which involves walk or hike to the water falls spots.

Sky Dive: Out of various adventure in Nepal, sky dive is another sports that’s gaining popularity every year, even though its an expensive adventure to do it, but it is mind blowing experience in the very nose of the high giant peaks of Mt.Everest and its surrounding majestic peaks. It involves flying in a small plane near Everest and then jumping with the parachute depending upon the weather conditions.

Zip Flyer Nepal: Dream it-Dare it-Do it! It's official, the world's most extreme zip line: 1800 meters long 2000 ft Vertical drop and 120 k.m. per hour speed with 02 mins ride time.

If you are looking for true adrenalin rush then Sky Zip is for you. Unlike anything you've seen before the Sky Zip zip line by High Ground adventures is truly an experience not to be missed.

Participants must be between 35 and 125 kgs (75 and 275 pounds) and be comfortable with heights. This ride is not recommended for individuals with back or neck problems, or those who are pregnant

Everest Marathon (world highest marathon): A unique in many ways and has many special features: Highest Marathon in the world-Starting line is 5,356m. Recorded in the Guinness of Book of Records as Highest Marathon of the World begins from Everest Base Camp right below the Khumbu Icefall, The Marathon runs through the Everest Expedition Base Camp criss- crossing village trails to Namche Bazaar covering the distance 42.195 kms fulfilling the Olympic Standard. The Marathon runs through the Highest Glaciers and Moraines around the stretch of 10 kms. This marathon passes through the traditional route to Everest pioneered by Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary while climbing Everest in 1953. This marathon with 3 choices for keen and adventurous Ultra Marathon running 60 k.m. From Everest Base Camp to Namche Bazaar using some different route than other normal marathon from Pangboche on the upper hills near Gokyo Lake and back to Namche Bazaar, present record being done at 6: 30 hrs ( from Nepal Army)

The other choice with half Marathon running only half of the total distance of little more than 21 k.m. from the village of Dingboche to Namche Bazaar.
